- The Rogue's Auditorium -
It is drawn how I imagined it to be- a wide, fancy, space full of chairs and tables for all sorts of meetings and a center stage for Devonshire and Gunpowder's announcements. It's a bit of a spin off of Team Denial's first look on it: Tavern-like. I added the kitchen and a little bar (if you can see at the corner) to make it like Spinda's Cafe. Important doors to Devonshire's office is out of view. 8v My friend Zyo said that it made sense they'd have a fancy dancey place like this- especially if they can't use Spinda's Cafe or anywhere else. Also its cool and something exclusive to Rogues. ..... Now about how its funded... well, don't go asking me |D

- Time Frame -
At first I was thinking, OH MAN HOW AM I GOING TO INCLUDE NY CAMEOS IF MOST ARE GOING TO BE GONE WITH DEVONSHIRE!? But well, this award ceremony is taking place on the night before the teams set off for Devonshire- So it would make sense that they are relaxing and preparing for the trip.--- Meaning the kids would be left to help carry the party out- since they're not doing anything else.

Did you really think anyone can walk into the Firm, passing as a rogue? I imagine they'd have documents of every team and they'd have to make sure they've got the right identities to enter.
