This is a starter pokemon from a fan-generation I'm going to build up. XD; Hoping I might interest the pokemon co, but possibly not haaaa...

ABILITY: When hp is low, water power boosted by 1.5x; Ups water moves in a pinch
DESCRIPTION: A strange cat who is one of the only cats in the pokemon world to ever favor water and holds the power of water. Aqualines do not have claws, but they do have sticky padding that enables them the ability to climb as if they had claws.
